On June 20th I had the honor to present this series of self-portraits along 19 other Latin American immigrant women illustrators exhibiting their work in Berlin, Germany, among them my dear friend Antonia Grunefeld.

Curated by Marcela Villanueva, “Mujeres Ilustradoras en Formato Pequeño II” organized by Karne Kunst Collective, we, as female individuals in this society, were answering what the feminine universe represented to each of us, and so we did through our work.
